All our ice cream is made using fresh organic Straus cream, supporting local organic dairy farmers right here in beautiful Sonoma County. We freeze our small batch ice cream using liquid nitrogen, which leaves you with little air whipped into the cream. Meaning you get the best ultra creamy dense texture. We pride ourselves on buying local and supporting local farmers in our region. Our flavors change with the seasons to keep you coming back for your favorite seasonal flavors.
